I think my tits grew cuz of them and possibly made me feel less engergetic after I took them.
Creatine works, also heard good things about NOExplode, and Nitrix works, as well as SP250. Creatine, no side effects that I've ever noticed. Can't comment on NOExplode as I never took it, but sounds similar to Nitrix, which if I took one pill right now, I'd be an asshole in an hour. I originally heard a guy at the gym talking about it Nitrix. Said that is the only supp he took cuz of no side effects. Lucky him. I told my family, "ok I'm taking my asshole pills now, beware". True story. SP250 = raving maniac, but was on many other supps at the time. Never tried it solo. You will get the shits from this. Unavoidable. With many of these enhancers, especially creatine, you may wake up 4-5 times a night to piss, like i did, when you stop taking it. Same thing with Arnge Krush, I think I gained more size and physicque was better while on this. Better definition all around. I worked out less on this and looked better. This was the only supp I took at the time. Once you stop any enhancer, you will loose gains, maybe not all, but at least some. Aside from all that, there was a study done on protein. Excess protein does, and has caused higher levels of agression, all by itself. This may or may not be true. I haven't experimented enough yet on this one. Some ingredients in supps are weakened or ineffective by the time people consume them. I got good pumps from both, but couldnt do cardio. Felt like my heart was going to explode. Couldn't fall asleep at night. Mental awareness, sharpness, focus were all increased.
Keep in mind, I'm not trying to sell you on any product, rather educate you. I've had my fun with OTC and I'm done with them. The only supps I'll be taking from now on are vitamins. I haven't taken steroids, but I'm researching to decide whether it's right for me or not. I've been researching on and off since last fall. |
