Good thread. I used to get nauseous too after leg workouts. I'm betting you squat pretty heavy. The body sometimes reacts to the physical stress of heavy lifting by releasing excess stomach acids which eventually makes you sick or at least nauseous. IMO, It's usually a leg workout that causes nausea because the torso/abdomen bears much of the stress. Since you're eating two hours prior to the workout, you can probably alleviate the nausea by keeping a bottle of tums in your gym bag. That will soak of both the excess stomach acid and any residual olive oil. Try it and let us if it works for you. Always does for me.
