Iam embarrased to say I do not know my cholesterol level? Never have had it tested.
Does diet or
Test level affect cholesterol levels?
How important is testing cholesterol?

It is odd ... as I was also taking 500-1gm of Gaba and always have taking choline(2-3) and now added Inistol to the Choline and every second day I would add around 10g of Lecithin.
Han I noticed in your neuro transmitter thread you have the same problem with the serotonin ?
Didnt you also have high progesterone levels as well ? How has this been?
I also have high progesterone levels and it effects the pines size greatly :S
What would you recommend in increasing gaba and serotonin 5htp without taking both as I already was taking high doses ?
Cell membranes definetly seem stiff ... would the fish oil, borage and choline+inistol help with this ? Anything else ?
