I'm assuming you suffer from hypothyroidism, if this is the case this condition can very well cause low libido and lethargy and a whole slew of other problems. Maybe you can speak to your doctor to make sure your dosing is correct and or have something prescribed to help your libido. My mom suffers from hypothyroidism and she's had many side effects low libido was one of them. Good luck.
