1 ainslie -- is the doc who told you adrenals aren't the issue the same one who took you off of the hydrocortisone the same exact time you started your thyroid meds?? If so, you may seriously want to consider attaining the services of another physician before doing yourself more harm.
You may also want to get some more labs performed including thyroid tests and you may want to consider an ACTH stim
test in order to check adrenal reserve. This will serve as somewhat of a baseline before re-starting hydrocortisone (while slowly ramping up) which i strongly recommend as it seems, based on your short description of symptoms, you're hammering your adrenals with the thyroid meds.
Recommend HC be administered under the care of a (new?) physician while monitoring blood tests, temps, pulse, libido, etc.
