Short cycles
They talk about 2 wks on 3 wks
pct and 2 wks off. I think I will go 4 wks on, 3 wks
pct, 2 wks off. then repeat. Sounds like the best for me personally. I'm off cycle now, and I hate it. I'm not happy about waiting to start again. It's too long of a wait. I think
PCT will be better and will be able to keep gains.
Keep in mind, I'm still researching this topic and this is the opinion I formulated so far.
