Sporty try these
1) If you have stairs try walking on your toes everytime you go up or down them this will stress your calves.
2) washing my car and painting always give me a killer shoulder workout.
3) a rehab based exercise we use at work is sit in a stool or chair that rolls. Now extend one leg at a time as if you were walking. Be sure to dig your heel into the carpet for maximum hamstring firing. do a couple laps around the room and you'll feel the burn.
