I think you eat clean and do hiit cardio{ google it} for 3-4 months you'll be good to go. Also. throw some eca{ search again} in there and i bet your'll be ready by May for a basic cycle. Lift 3-4 days a week, and focus on core lifts. No concentration stuff either.
