Unless you are an ectomorph, you will NEVER get to single digits without spot on diet. I have trained guys for CRAZY endurance comps (MMA) and they were doing various aerobic/anaerobic activities for about 4-6 hours a day, but the ones with thicker bone structure would only get down to 12% or so because they didnt want to cut carbs (which you have to keep for training at that intensity). You have to cut down the carbs and fat bro. Simple as that.
