I box and wrestle. That's what I do that requires no equipment, though it does require a partner. Other than that, if you buy a whole bunch of food and walk home from the grocery store, that's a great workout.
Incidentally, I just read an article the other day that said, according to some estimates, labor saving devices(escalators, dish washers, snow blowers, etc.) have caused a decrease of 800 calories burned per day for modern Americans.
