Default Re: HGH and Vertigo??

Its probably not vertigo, but more likely fluctuations in blood sugar levels. When taking GH, its causes the body to be more insulin resistant and at the same time raises blood glucose levels. If you take in carbs during this time the the liver will dump glucose again into the bloodstream raising levels even higher. Then, on the other end, gh acts on the liver producing IGF which actually lowers blood sugar levels which could cause hypo effects. So, it really depends on when and what your eating during the time of your gh shots. Usually, wait an hour after eating a meal to take a shot (or in the am since your fasted) and wait 30minutes post shot before consuming more carbs to prevent large BG spikes
