Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs
1 banana
2 tspoons natty peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
50g raw oats



Mid monring
150g tuna steaks
1 tspoon natty peanut butter
1 apple
3 scrambled eggs




Lunch
150g chicken breast
300g sweet potato
1 tspoon olive oil
1 large glass fresh squeezed orange juice




Pre workout
50g oats
1 serving celltech creatine
1 banana




Post workout
50g oats
1 scoop whey protein




Dinner
6 Oz steak with potato/mixed veggies



evening
1 apple
1 scoop whey protein
100g oats




Before bed
2 tspoons natty peanut butter
50g oats
1 scoop whey protein

other supplemtns include what i take are

codliver oil
multibionta multi vitamin
1000mg Vit c
14mg Iron
Pappaya Enzymes

one or 2 things vary from time to time but it never stears far away from that.
