I have taken bcaa's both in liquid and capsule form and all i can say is that they are absorbed a lot faster in liquid form rather than capsule form. Regarding hmb, i've only taken it in capsule form. |
its hard to tell bro what results i got from the purple-k, i actually got it shippied from canada which i believe is where production of them first started.
My strength increased by a fair amount i can say that but as for size i dont know how much they owuld have contributed to that.
