Bridging was fairly common for a while, but with more and more people going to doctors and getting blood work done, people were starting to realize that bridging didn't help and probably hurt.
The neat (not really) thing about lower doses of dbol is that you can get just enough to shut you down -or keep you shut down - but not enough to actually do any good to you.
IMO, if you're bridging, you're still on a cycle.
