Hit legs super hard today.


One thing I noticed throughout the entire workout, was my thirst. I felt like I could not get enough water. I was at the gym for an hour and literally drank about a gallon. After every set I had cotton mouth and just craved water. Anyone else experience this??

Keep in mind, this is only day 3
