I agree, good 1st cycle! Some people would recommend a straight
test enenthate over
sust. Either way its good.
How much training experience do you have? Whats your current stats? If you dont know what your doing in the gym dont expect much out of your cycle. One of the biggest benefits is the intensity you can have in the gym and recover quickly.
Doing a cycle and some yoga wont do shit for ya! (Someone write that shit down! Thats pure genius!)
