Default Real Estate investors needed in New Jersey area
Hello everyone,

My partner and I are looking for Real Estate investors in the New Jersey area....

We are currently working, with a few investors, which is working out great. We are looking for many more due to the amount of properties we are finding.

What we are doing is Bird-Dogging, so we find properties, whether they are FSBOs, REOs, ECT, and we turn them over to our investors for a small percent of the equity in the property.

Our current investors are happy with this process, because of the profits they are making and so are we.
