if you were younger i would agree with some of the posts. its better to build up natural and give your tendons time to get strong. using
aas for the first time, you will make some huge gains in strength which could result in injury. being 36 your natural
test levels will be down some so other than some hormone replacement i'd stay away for at least 6 months.
Thing about going natural at first is when you screw up and use bad form your not lifting the kind of weight you would be after 5 weeks
test at 500mg a week, and the injuries won't be as bad. start using
test at 500mg a week and tear a pec your screwed. the best advice i could give you is to have some bllod work and see where your
test level is now. if i were you and wanted to use gear i would regardless of what anyone had to say. i'd say nore more than 250mg
test e every 7 or 8 days. good luck
