Hi. Right now, I'm trying a cycle of
Trenbolone(with the dosage at 90mg every other day for the past month) with a little bit of
Testosterone to avoid side effects(100-150mg a week). Now, even before the
trenbolone I was leaning out a bit(1% less bodyfat), after introducing
tren an additional 1-1.5% less bodyfat.. I'm not a newbie to lifting & have been reading information about lifting/nutrition for 9 years.
Inititally I wanted to lose fat, so I cut my carbs by somewhere between 1/3 & 1/2, but dropping 15-20 lbs of bodyweight for 2% bodyfat loss isn't that good. The ironic thing is my strength has increased, both before and after the
tren. This is what the average person wants, but I feel underweight for myself.
Anyways, Im around 208 right now & would like to get back above 220. Is there anything I can do, to do this & just maintain my bodyfat percentage??? I *have* to do cardio for conditioning thing at school(college, I'm over 21), so thats not a factor. The cardio is usually around 45 minutes, 4 times a week.
What I eat is usually milk combined with a protein power(Whey, Casien, Soy) & wheatbread with peanut butter. I only eat about 1 meal with meat or eggs in it a day. Still though, thats 6 different sources of protein plus meat/eggs once. Less shakes and more meat? I realize this is alot of information, however maybe some of the more experienced people with
Tren can help. The last 4 days I have been eating alot, yet I still was a 1-2 lbs lighter. Just keep upping calories until I finally start gaining? Add creatine?
Thank you
