Monday: Chest and Tri
Tuesday: Leg and calf and abs
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: Back and bi
Friday: Shoulder and Trap
Saturday: cardio and abs
Sunday: rest
Look around on line for spacific exercises for each, make a training log and stick to it for
around 10-12 weeks. Eat 5-6 reasonable healthy meals per day. Protein should be 1 gram for
each pound of body weight you carry (daily). Get yourself in natural shape over the next 3 months
then you decide if you need steriods. Sounds like you need to study up a little more, and be
more strict with your workout routine.
