Newbie,Listen to me and listen good young man.You are going about this all wrong !!!!You have to have your diet down and exercise program down years before you use anabolics.One year of lifting is not enough,you are also too young to screw around with your endocrine system.Once you have put in minimum 5 years in gym and know how to gain natural then it would be time to consider first cycle.Example; You now weight 140 lbs..you have no idea how to eat to gain weight,you have no idea what training method works best for muscle growth for your body type.You run cycle and gain 15-20 pounds,then cycle is over..you crash and lose drive for weeks..you lose 10-15 pounds you now weight 145.You got
gyno along the way,some mild
hair loss,and could not get libido back to natural level for 8 weeks after cycle ended,terrible acne sets in ,and you get depressed.
Now example #2 : You lift and learn to eat over the next five years,you reach a good solid 175 lbs easily naturally,you run cycle,you gain 30 lbs(because you know how now)after
pct you retain 25 of those pounds because again you know how to eat,you are sitting at a solid 200 ripped to shreds.Then the sides come but they are worth it!I hope you can see the difference here.Any Meso members want to chime in here ,feel free
