Now I will say, that there are a few really good company's out there who produce tablets in a very light compact form, you can smash them with your fingers. ex. country life, solgar, Solaray, Kal. Enzymatic Therapy, (Nature's plus - I found them to be a bit harder) But you decide since your the one taking the product. But there are some good ones out there.
