Incredible description of how to do a wide variety of deads. I do have a couple of questions. After months of doing deads I've noticed incredible pain in my lumbar region. I went to a chiro and was told I have lumbar facet syndrome. This was probably caused by bad form (I used to keep the bar near my shins at the start for starters). Now my question is, when I'm able to deadlift again, should I do Sumo's or Romanian? Basically, which will be better for my back? Thanks for any and all help. Peace.
