Well, I would have to say sumo...because you start the lift with your back pretty much locked out allready, essentially your just grabing the bar and moving it with your legs and hips only while doing sumo. I used to only train traditional deadlits, untill I had a Guy who deadlifts 800lbs show me how to properly perform sumo....Now whenever I deadlift, that's pretty much the only way I do them.
