Well, you can't bulk and cut at the same time....It's really not possable, however, it is possable to gain more lean mass and actually end a cycle weighing a fair amount more than when you started and have a lower body fat%...If you're going to do a cycle..you need to eat and eat a lot so your body has the extra fuel that it needs to provide the anabolics with the juice (pun intended) to make your body grow bigger.

Now wrt to Cardio....

This answer comes at some painful first hand experience...And I don't give a damn what anyone here says, Cardio is IMPORTANT. It is very important, I recently had a cardiologist explain to me the importance of doing cardio while doing heavy weight training exercise, and why exercise (other than resistance) is so important to the cardiovascular system while doing weight training...


Now, I'm not saying go out and run 5 miles a day, but I would strongly recommend 30-40minutes on a treadmill 2-3X Every week.
