what does your cardio look like? what time do you do it? what kind? how long? same goes for the diet. what do you eat?

you dont need DNP...its on the dangerous side and unless you've done alot of homework on it, i wouldnt go near it. plus, the sides are a bitch.

have a nice day

joe,

thanks for the advice. i do cardio three times a week, first thing in the morning (like 5 am, typically) for an hour. i get on the treadmill, set the incline at 15% (max), begin at like 4.2 mph for five minutes to get my heartrate up and then throttle down to either 3.8 or 4 mph and settle in for a 55 minute walk.

as far as eating, i try to eat a pretty balanced diet - approximately 1600-1800 calories a day during the week divided approximately 50% carbs, 35% protein and 15% fat. on saturday, i eat a ton - prolly 5,000 calories or more consisting of whatever i feel like that day.

can you provide some more details on a good ECA?

thanks!
