Default Burnout In Middle of Workout

I'm presently taking three milliliters of Test per week (1 1/2 X 2) and 2 mililiters Deca. Been on the test for six weeks, just started the Deca. I'm doing this workout by Muscle & Fitness Magazine called Rock Hard Challange, lots of supersets and it's a four day workout. It also has it's own sups, Gakic, Leukic, Hydroxycut, protein and Anator.

A week ago on a Monday night I was about 3/4 through my chest and shoulders routine when my club had pizza brought is. I was starved so I ate four small pieces and I just hit a wall and had to go home and sleep but i was slowing down big time before I ate.

The next few days I was very tired so I took a week off and started again yesterday (Monday). Tonight (legs and abs) I was almost finished but had to stop because I was just too tired and I took lots of Hydroxycut and even 1 Primitene but still burned out. I know my iron is low because a few weeks ago I had it checked and my doctor told me so but I started taking a sup.

The workout comes with a diet but I got fat on it so I cut back the carbs so I'm wondering if that's it. Anyone? I'm thinking about raising the test. Otherwise, it's going great, I've never seen results like these. I have a very hard time putting on muscle and this is the first time I've been able to in many years of lifting on and off. sounds like planet fitness pizza day !

how nice of muscle fitness to promote Muscle tech and get you to spend your hard earnd dough !! on products you could purchase for half the price that will work just as good if not better

the carbs in the pizza is what made you hit the wall that night.... If your having a hard time getting thru your work outs maybe you need more rest at night, or try using a pre work out drink like NO-xplode or wait you wanna stay with muscle tech and spend lots of money so try there NAno VApor (never worked for me) use that on a work out days 10-15 minutes before you start your work out, on an empty stomach

addtionally you could try using one of the Beta ALanine products out there, they help break down lactic acid in your muscles during your work out, and will give you some addtional strength endurance, old timers used to use straigt baking soda in water but the diareaha will have you on the toilet more than working your sets.

scivations makes a good product u can use for endurance to called Xtend its basically an AMINO ACID matrix similar to what they claim is listed in gakic and lukic but i find this actually works ??

sounds also like your trying to "use" the hydroxycut to push you thru your work out... This product is a stimulant based product and is good for supressing appetite and short bursts of "energy" while dieting because of the lack of carbs in your diet to feed your muscles nad give you energy, You need to look at eating more healthy carbs, sweet potato, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, all natural peanut butter,

so i hope i didnt confuse you to much, the test levels i would not adjust , just be sure your usuing your OTC supplements properly, the lethargy your feeling is mostly do to diet , and proper rest

Yeah, Planet Fitness. I laready take N30 but since the workout is so long maybe I need to take it twice. Leg night is a killer too and I think I'm doing too much. I have a sleeping disorder and plus I have an enlarged prostate which causes me to wake up to piss a million times a night.

I'll start eating some more carbs. Thanks! Phil

Phil Really.... really .... an enlarged prostate and your doing Juice ??? Hmmm not a good mix the juice will enlarge your prostate as well maybe you need Avodart

yeah you need more sleep try some melatonin or maybe some OTC tryptophan.

N30 you need to remember these products are to stimulate you like a speed, they will not give you endurance.
