Hcg + nolvadex

i started hcg ( due to low lh and fsh) with one weekly injection of 2000ui for 6 weeks.
i read that is good to use also nolvadex (20 mg daily) during this period and to continue nolvadex until 2 weeks from the last injection.

e.g.
hcg week 1--->6
nolvadex week 3--->8

will i make gain with this?will I be able to keep the gains?
