help me whit my stack William

my stats:

age 26
1.85 cm
95kg
b/f : 13

starting this cycle on monday , correct me if something is wrong:

hgh blue tops : 5ie day
insulin : 2-5 ie after workout ( how long shal I use insuline before I take a break on it?)
MGF 200mcg IM in worked parts every traing day
500-750mg equipose EW
500mg NPP EW

anything more I need in this stack to get the best results? some small doses of testo ? (I will not use high doses of testo , beacause of my little gyno lump on my right nipple!
