Low testosterone

If one has low test, what in your opinion is safer/better ? patches or test injections ?

personally, a decent amount of time off cycle, combined with indole 3 carbinole, a product like hyperdrolx2 which contains 6-bromo and testosterone boosters.

Ive come back twice from total shutdown and test numbers of about 230ng instead of 490-500ish (typical white male)
