small lump in chest worried if its cancer or a tumor

so heres my question i have this tiny lump in the upper part of my left pec been off cycle for a couple of weeks now so i know its not from injecting into their but it kinda feels like a knot. i was wondering if anyone would know what this could be it doesnt hurt theirs no redness doesnt patrude out and hasnt grown nothing that would leave me to believe if its a tumor or cancer. also another thing i noticed is when i flex my chest the right pec is bigger than the left. and on the inside were the two pecs meet the left one it doesnt harden just on the inside every where else on the chest gets hard what could that be from... thanks. really appreciate any answer.

i had someone else tell me that to. could that be from injecting into that spot?

I have a syst in on the right side of my abs. And have no idea what its from....the only thing I can remember is mabee having a pimple there and the pimple turned into a syst that is now a small hard lump that will not go away.

Im going to have a doc remove it asap.
