test cyp, nolvadex, clomid? how much-when??

I just got some test cypionate(250mg/ml) and I want to take a high enough dose to have nice gains on a ten week cycle without over doing it to where I have to a super strict plan to come off? Nolvadex and Clomid- which part of my cycle do I use one or the other or both? I just did my first injection of 250mg 7/18. Any help from someone that knows what their talking about and has experience in the matter would be greatly greatly appreciated!!! Thanks much for taking the time to help me out.
