but for the record, by itself - testosterone is the most powerful steroid for gaining muscle ... no ifs or buts about it ... it can also be stacked with various things to increase muscle gains ... it depends what your going for ...

are steroids really bad for you - this is a matter of debate ... anything in excess is bad for you - for many responsible adults they provide the ability to acheive certain physical goals that would otherwise be difficult if not impossible to attain ... i wont comment on if there good for you, you can make that decision for yourself ... if you are curious about them read, read, read .... dont listen to anyone elses point of view about them ... make your own decisions, you know your body
