does letrzole get rid of gyno?

i stopped using steroid bwt 3 years ago but the past 2 years my gyno has been getting worse. i dint treat it thinking it will go away by itself but it jus seems to get worse. i did some research and found out that letro and nolvadex, if used together can get rid of it, is it true?? and what are the side effects?? can somebody help??
