I have this stuff call cynoplus its half T4/T3 the mix is 120-T4/30-T3 mcg does anyone have any ideal how I would go about take this stuff.

I've heard the ratio is meant to mimic endogenous production. I've read at least one person say they thought it was ineffective. Hypothetically, my opinion only, I'd say use as you would based upon the t3 dosage in isolation, except reduce that consumption by 20% to compensate for the inclusion of the weaker, though still present, t4
