been on for two decades now, lifting for 30th year. I'VE HEARD EVERYTHING. (and tried wink). I've never been on less than half a gram, and never more than four grams. My body, considering the same workeout intensity, responds acordingly. Less, you loose, more you gain. Simple. UNFORTUNEATLY! It's like alcohol. A six pack of beer and you're ok the next day, a six pack and a fifth of vodka and it hurts, but kills the mirror. Sides definatly are there during heavy use.
Fortunatly, I do blood work every three months, My doc said my last cbc looked like a 23 year old soccer player. Healthy as a horse, a live healthy horse! At 45 years of age and benh pressing over 400 pounds still (210lbs 7%) and do have great LEGS! I feel fortunate for not believing the past and current "magazine" posers. It's all short term thinking, fortunatley when I started, we knew to stay away from orals, and recently
