Default Getting leaned out but having problems

Hey guys, i'm trying to lean down and get cut for the first time ever. my diet is solid. chicken breasts, tuna, talapia, salmon, green beans, broccoli, and salads is what i eat . the only problem i'm having is losing those damn love handles. i feel as though they may be going away but i can't tell. i do cardio 30 minutes/day, 5days/wk. i'm 5'8" 182lbs, about 8% bf. just started this diet about 3 wks ago. 3 wks down and i plan on going hard for at least 13 more. any recommendations on what to do to lose those love handles? my buddy told me to get a supplement called hot rox (fat burner) and add fish oil pills to my diet. any help would be awesome. thanks.

Do you have a pic to share? I have a hard time trying to picture someone with 8% bf and still having love handles.

You said you were only 3 weeks into your diet..give it some time and definately add a thermogenic...hydroxycut hardcore or lipo 6 work wonders for me...i also prefer cardio first thing in the morning before any nutrition intake while sipping water (20-30 mins) and then my workout in the evening..i cant imagine you at 8% and having love handles..my avatar/profile pic is 9% at 180lbs and i was getting pretty tight...some time has passed since you posted, lets see some new pics!!!
