I was wondering why no one here ever posts any pics? I think they are soo helpful with seeing results and comparison of specific training orientations. I think we need more pics here...I love to see them too. Here is my husband. This was when he was changing up his routine and getting results again. Right after these pics he started his first cycle..his gains in these pics were all natural after 15 years of training.

If I shaved my legs for some pics I'm sure I'd lose 5 lb body weight.
Plus I'm white lol and my cutting circle has turned into a bulking cycle as I enjoy lifting heavier weights.
Saving my next clen and t3 cycle for another few weeks, then I'll cut up.

Hubby's progress has stalled and actually regressed with age I think. He only did once cycle. As for me I know I have A LOT to learn. I am pretty up, on all the basics of training but I always know there is more to learn. And as for gear I know zero really. THis is my first real cycle. I guess he and I have both been lucky in the sense that our shape came pretty naturally with training. Neither of us knew shit about real dieting, we just kept our fat as low as possible and protein at 1- 1.5 grams/lb wt. So I have learned a lot since reading up here and form all of your help

LOL no its not that at all its just that you both are in very good shape ,I know I myself would like to be as lean as MR SC! and I agree everyone has a different take on things so ask away .......
