Re: no energy If you're taking an anti-e, that may be what's causing you to be lethargic. Very low estrogen levels will result in laziness. As far as energy, first make sure you're getting enough quality sleep. Take a 3mg of melatonin 30minutes before bed. Get atleast 8 hours. If you're still wore out during the day, I'd recommend coffee or caffeine supplementation.
