I hate how my right arm is noticably bigger then the left anyone have this? legs chest etc?
Ive trained to be really symetrical...to catch the lagging side up simply do extra reps for that side and make sure your doing proper form..try doing individual sides alone with those extra reps so the bigger side isnt helping out(one arm press, curl, etc) Do 15 on the lagging side and 10 on your bigger side or whatever your rep range may be just increase the other...peace

it is cause you one side of your body is more dominant than the other, this is common even in eyesight , the worse thing you could do is do more reps on one side this will cause a completely different shape to that muscle group ! the muscle was trained differently in everyday task over years of common movements ( opening doors / picking stuff up / writing / even sometimes how much sports you played and what side controlled the ball) concentrate on even movement workouts and try using opposite sides of body for daily tasks , there is no quick fix to this.

Wrong...i am proof along with many others, now one side being dominant, True...if the right side is bigger, its also stronger, and will take away from your left and what your trying to accomplish..the daily tasks can def work in your favor as well..ive also put weights away with the less dominant side
