prodigy's got a weird rash :(

I've noticed lately when I lift heavy I get this round rash on my arm around the bicep that's a little bigger then a 1/2 dollar. I got it yesterday again after heavy pulling. When I took a shower I noticed that it stung when water hit it. I thought it was from sweating or something but today I woke up and noticed that their are dots of dried blood in the pattern of the rash.
What do you think it is?

Have you done any injections in that area?

If it's just a minor rash, a hydrocortizone cream should get rid of it. If that doesn't work, and it's not where you've injected anything, you should have a Dr. look at it.

I was gonna go to the doc but forgot about the appt... it's gone away and I'm still pulling heavy so... i dunno wtf it was. if it happens again i'll get it checked out.
