Default can someone give me some ideas

ive been traning naturally for 4 years now. im 6'1 i weigh 195 , i wanna be 230. im eating everything i can in site. i cant seem to gain weight. i want to start a cycel of dbol. any ideas?

You say you are eating everything in site! What exactly are you eating? Clean or crap? This can make all the difference in the world!

Post up a daily diet routine of what you eat. I am sure you will get some good feedback.

What was your weight when you started training 4 years ago?

Agreed. Post your workout and diet routines up and let us critique them. If you are eating everything in site and eating clean and still not gainging, then simply, you have to force yourself to eat more

Lift heavy low reps no more than 3 days a week and SQUAT!

And take at least 1g a week of test.

At one point i was gaining about 5lbs every week or 2.

I know how to gain wait... I guess its my amazing genetics.

Untold,

Please read the Sticky by Phreezer in regards to first cycles.

I dont think its wise to tell someone wanting to do a first cycle to inject 1g of test for their first cycle. On top of that we have yet to see his workout plan and diet plan.

opps my fault i didnt read ware he said it was his first cycle.. since it was in the body building forums.. i figured he was more advanced.

and yea going back to the whole eating thing ... if your having trouble putting on any sort of weight now - your caloric requirements would only increase with juice ... getting your diet together is key man - what are you eatin exactly?
