Shit man, 7% one week out? Not enough time in my opinion to drop down safely. I'm 9.8% now and 9 weeks out!! I don't know what to tell you to use, I never train in my last week. Carb up Mon-Thurs, get a good diuretic (lasix/aldactone) and you'll lose the water, as for the fat - any excess cardio now is going to make your muscles look soft - Maybe Bigbench or Maxrep could help?

Sorry I couldn't do more for ya bro, you should have asked sooner.

I agree... you can get the water out... but at 7% it is a bit too late to make any miraculous changes. Don't get me wrong if you possibly deplete for a few days then carb up as the other guy said and cut your h2o then you will be dry... but if you truly are at 7% there are no miracles at this point. You can continue some light cardio first thing in da mornin', but if you overdo it this last week it might be a hinder your onstage look vs. help it. If you have any specific q's maybe I can help PM me bro....
