What does anyone think about the best stage oil to use, like Hot Stuff is what we been using, and any of these new vaso dilaters that are out like Synthetek products?

I use dream tan no.2 and just applied it before I went on stage. Didn't use any oil. Also had a few shots of brandy, 1 tab viagra, and some niacin (the flushable type) to try and bring my veins out more. It was my first one tho and was just taking the advice of others. Didn't come in that well, have another one in November and intend on being down to maybe 2 or 3% bf

I forget what oil I used. The last time I competed was '01, so I can't say I know much about these newfangled vasodilators, but I thought niacin and wine worked just fine for me.

Regular spray PAM works very well and is easy to apply.
As far as tanning bronzer, I have done many concoctions. One is applying Elizabeth Arden Bronzer twice on Thursday and then the next 4 applications( Friday am/pm and Saturday am and after Pre-judging) use Pro Tan.
