Default 10 months dieting - possible first show in 15 weeks - opinions?

As some of you know I trained for strength for 10+ years before hitting my diet hard last may. 10 months on and I would like some feedback as there is a show (BBing) late August that I am considering. The alternative is to wait another year and get a bit bigger, even some things out.

Top pic is may 2005, botom pic is mid march 2005.

Opinions from ye olde timers on the board please?

That gives you like 4 months, right? I'd say to do it. Even if you don't win or anything, it will give you a lot of insight on how to prepare for next year's show.

One thing I have learned. Don't be afraid to carb up like a motherfucker. You're not going to get fat all of a sudden, even if it feels like it. I was actually told this by the biggest woman I've ever met. She told me to eat doughnuts and shit before the contest. I didn't listen and, lo and behold, I wasn't nearly as full as I should have been.

But you live and learn and this is why I say to do the show this year. It will be a learning experience that will greatly increase your chances for winning next year.

A vast improvement on the last two pics,keep doing what you're doing....if you can get everything in the condition of your back in the last shot, then do the show,but you seem reluctant to show the front?{you dont},if dont dont feel confident to show the front then dont go in a show,even a little bit of fat on the lower back or obliques with be picked the hell out of in a show....
