A***hole

Yesterday afternoon, my wife was struck from behind by an uninsured arsehole traveling at well-over the limit who claims to have blacked out on medication. She had two young children in the vehicle. Her neck and back are injured, the kids seem OK except the moment of terror and screams. Our car is demolished, probably saved their lives by sacrificing it's 'crumple zones'.

He was driving a truck with a large steel frame that sustained only minor damage. I'm glad everyone came out of it as good as they did. I'll go after him with solicitors, but it's going to take time and unless he has tangible property, we're not going to get much out of it.

Anyway, sometimes shitty things happen. You just pick yourself up, dust off, and keep on moving. I'm so glad my wonderful and beautiful woman is alive. She's everything to me.

Sorry to hear that big guy..I made a joke about it on other post..no harm meant though.We here in USA have whats called uninsured motorist on our auto policies..it is for the 35 % of dumbasses who drive here without insurance.PS..there are other ways to get even with the asshole who hurt your wife.....

Sorry to hear about the accident. Lot of bad drivers out there, and even if you're a good driver it just takes one mistake. I'm glad to hear that your family is ok. Best of luck getting that situation resolved.

Hey, sorry to hear about your wife and kids. I hope they are ok!!!! As far as him not having any insurance thats what we have in our country ppl who dont care about anything. Depending on what state you live in, you need to turn the claim into your insurance company. They will pay for your car if you have collision coverage. After they pay you for your car you will be responsible for your deductible. Your insurance comp should they subergate against the person who hit your wife. In pa if the person dosent pay back your insurance company 100% for all the damage then the insurance company will put a judgement on that person and also suspend their drivers lic. On your policy you might have a coverage called uninsured motorist. That is for your wife and children if they were injured they can actualy go to that coverage and collect for their injuries.

Yes he does..and he also knows a thing or two about fast women and steroids
PS, Down here in Texas we have to have uninsured motorist on our policy because virtually no one has insurance.We also tend to take matters into our own hands from time to time....This is why it is so important for me to always have atleast 325 mgs of sust flowing through my body at any given time
