Heres the situation. Started talking to this chick who's awesome. Started out as just friends, hanging out. Now things are getting very serious and we are into each other big time. Problem is my best friend/cousin dated this girl around 4 years ago. He has a gf now but he is a weird fuck and will get pissed i'm sure. This guy is almost like a brother and if he wasn't I'd know what to do.


Should I tell him get over it or loose the girl before it gets more serious?

Just what would you do.

How serious was his relationship with your girl? If he has moved on with another girl then hopefully you can talk to him and let him know how u feel about this girl.

besides all that, i would talk to him about it. i think 4yrs is a long time and he should let it go.

don't do it bro. i'm sure you're best friend used to bone this chick left and right. So if things get serious w/ her , you'll always know your best buddy screwed your girlfriend (eventually maybe wife). So you can sleep w/ her and shit, just don't let it get any further.

He dated her for a year or so. Don't knwo about love b/c hes a weird dude. The way I look at it. If I don't date any girls my friends dated I wouldn't be able to date.

Friends come and go, but your happiness for the moment is the most important. You said this guy is weird... then why keep him on as a friend anyways? If he is a real friend he won't care, and he may give you some pointers on what she likes!

I had a similar situation with one of my best friends. The major difference is that he isnt weird etc. He had a 2 or 3 year relationship with this girl. They broke up several years ago. he than married another girl and is currently still happily married. I had the chance to go out with this girl and didnt b/c it would be awkward if we were all hanging out. I dont think he wouldve minded at all but I didnt do it. Just another thought.
