Default Advice Needed
Doing a show Saturday and have encountered a bruise on my delt from an injection. Is there anything I can do to diminish it by Saturday besides covering it with the paint that I will be using? Thanks. Seems like I am always asking for something! HaHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

you could try arnica gel .. thats supposed to help, buit i dont know how fast it works.

You are doing a bodybuilding show right ? Body paint, dream tan and Pam cooking spray, in that order. Why are you injecting this close to a show ?
