OK I will run through this quick, first off I am in college and my girl is still in high school. We live close but with school, work, and working out we don't get to see each other that often. I am a good guy if I like a girl aka sucker if you know what I mean but I was tought to treat girls right. Any way we both have Friday night off so we were going to hang out but after we found out Friday is Homecoming (football) and she wants to go so we are going but then we will hang out more after the game. She was going to stay the night and hang out saturday morning as well, Untill she had to go to work. Ok then she comes back on like Monday and says her friend is having a party after the game. I said jokeing what if I don't want to go. She said well I guess we wont hang out then and she was serious. Ok our night alone turned into a game, a party if I want to go, Then back to my house. at least she is staying the night right. then yesterday she decides she is going hunting saturday morning so she will have to leave my house around 4:30 and after a night of drinking there is no way in hell I will wake up at 4:30. I am not upset that she wants to do all these things instead of hanging out with just me its more the fact that we had plans and she broke them with out even giveing it a second thought. her attitude is she is going to do what ever the hell she wants and there is nothing I can do about it and by me getting mad she says I am to controling. Sorry I wrote this fast I hope it makes sense.
Would this make you guys mad or am I overreacting?

i dont think you're over-reacting. i'd be upset/pissed too if she broke plans. OK, so its homecoming...a slight amendment to the plans. then the party...hmmm, kind of understandable, but no excuse. and then the hunting thing. dude, she blew off the plans completely. sure you were invited to the party, but the rest is just rude.

but an important question arises from all this...how serious are you two in this relationship? if its something casual, well its still just plain rude. if its a serious relationship, then its plain ol' fucked up.

the problem here is that your GF is still in a HS mindset. Come on you know how that is.....you want to hang out with your HS buds and do HS stuff. (although i have never heard of a girl WANTING to go hunting let along actually doing it.....thats pretty fuckin cool if you ask me). I dont know either of you so im not sure what kind of relationship you have, but it sounds like it is pretty one sided.......do what she wants to do or you dont get to see her. A relationship is give-take.......i learned that the hard HARD way after putting AirBornette through about 2 years of hell before I realized what I had.
