The movie was great and the ending had me all screwed up but there is now possible way someone could cut there foot off without passing out from pain.

yea that movie was badass. That doll thing on the tricycle that talked was freaky as shit for some reason. You have to admit the acting was horrible though.

yeah unfortunately the acting was not all that great. great story line that was seven-esque, amazing ending and some really suspensful/freaky parts. the part where the guy is walking through his apartment with the camera after the power goes....that shit was crazy

Yea that part was nuts...I jumped up and yelled ohhhh shit!!! Most of it was probably b/c of the 4 girls behind me screaming their heads off though he he.

c'mon there is no way that Saw can be compared to Seven...Saw was ok, the acting was only marginal and I thought that the gore was a crutch to aid some weaker aspects of the movie (character development, etc.) Seven on the other hand is a great movie with great acting, gore, plot and development...and the ending from hell...Saw had a lot of potential but overall I was disappointed...that part when the power went out and the guy was looking around with his camera was pretty freakin scary though...one thing I can't stand with the whole genre though is stupidy of the victims...that lady was about to be killed and then got the gun from her captor- shoot his ass! that shit just pisses me off, but it's in almost every horror movie...Saw is worth seeing though, but I don't know about $9.50x2...

I just got back, and what yea what Bg said, you can't compare it to seven. I thought the acting was horrible. I honestly think I could act better than those two guys who were chained up (Wesley from the princess bride). But there were some freaky scenes, like when the guys in the little girls room. I wouldn't say its a great movie but its definitly entertaining so I'd see it if you haven't.
